My ADHD didn’t want to write a blog so I let an AI do it for me!

One of my main problems with ADHD is I seem to always procrastinate when I need to be working and making content. So I had a brain wave why not get some AI to make some content. Below is how it went. ENJOY

AI words from here on

ADHD is not a disease, ADHD is an evolutionarily adaptive trait. We are more alert so we can get away from danger faster. This means ADHD people are more likely to run into problems while ADHD people are also better at solving problems that other people don’t see coming. However, ADHD people need time to relax and recharge their batteries or else they come crashing down.

My problem is I never seem to be able to relax. ADHD is a lifesaver in problem-solving but it can be my worst enemy when it comes to relaxing. ADHD people want action, we don’t just want to sit still and relax.

This is why ADHD people talk so much because we’re trying to burn off excess energy that ADHD gives us. ADHD people always seem to be on the go and ADHD people always say we never have time to relax. ADHD is a gift and ADHD is also a curse. ADHD makes us the way we are but ADHD leaves ADHD people stressed because our minds never shut down.

My mind never shuts down and I need to find ways around this problem, such as ADHD medication and ADHD meditation. ADHD meditation is ADHD people’s way of shutting down our ADHD brains when we need to take a break from the ADHD rat race that we live in 24/7.

I live in an ADHD world and I never seem to be able to catch up with all the problems my ADHD brain creates for me. By writing ADHD blogs like this ADHD blog, ADHD people like me can finally understand ADHD better. I live in an ADHD world and it takes ADHD medication to make me relax long enough for us ADHD people to catch up on our sleep.

I need ADHD medication because my ADHD brain never shuts down and I’m always thinking about what else needs doing around the house. ADHD medication lets ADHD people catch up on their ADHD sleep so ADHD people can relax. ADHD medication still doesn’t give ADHD people the ADHD sleep we need to recharge our ADHD batteries but it does give us enough time to shut down our ADHD brains so we can come back fighting at full strength again.

I know I never rest, I’m always ADHD busy doing ADHD things that ADHD people do. ADHD meditation is my way of trying to shut down my ADHD brain so I can relax, but it never helps. ADHD medication does the trick because ADHD medication makes ADHD people stare at walls for hours on end so ADHD people can catch up on their ADHD sleep.

Tiredness is part and parcel of ADHD because ADHD people never have ADHD rest, ADHD people are always ADHD busy. ADHD meditation is my way of trying to relax but it doesn’t work. ADHD medication helps because I take ADHD medication and then stare at walls or stare at the ceiling for hours on end so I can catch up on my ADHD sleep.

I don’t know why my ADHD brain ADHD never shuts ADHD down, ADHD people ADHD always ADHD want ADHD to ADHD to do ADHD things. ADHD meditation is my way of trying to relax but it doesn’t work. ADHD medication helps because I take ADHD medication and then stare at walls for hours on end so I can catch up on my ADHD sleep.

Back to human Liam

SO THAT WENT WELL. I think it's safe to say I won’t be using AI software to write all my blogs. One very interesting aspect is that it talks about aspects that really are not part of my ADHD life like medication.

If you enjoyed this as much as I did follow and life for more
